Faire roussir des deux côtés. Les recouvrir d'eau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS;"&gt;        Ajouter le thym et un morceau de piment. Couvrir et laisser cuire à feu foux de 15 à 20 mn. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS;"&gt;        Ajouter en fin de cuisson 2 gousses d'ail écrasées, malaxées dans du jus de citron.
